Franchise businesses (having offline and online stores) need help with their outdated inventory management systems. Operating multiple stores across various locations, they need help keeping pace with modern retail's demands. Cumbersome, manual processes hinder efficiency, leading to inaccuracies, overstocking, stockouts, and lost sales opportunities. This antiquated technology compromises inventory accuracy and hampers the ability to make informed decisions on restocking and product availability.
GearGarden was developed as the solution to these problems, offering a comprehensive and streamlined approach to inventory management that empowers franchise gear stores to optimize stock levels, reduce operational inefficiencies, and ultimately enhance their bottom line.
The entire process took 8 weeks. We used an agile system quickly, working on small projects/features, and validated each solution via usability tests.
