About

We established a cohesive design system, incorporating brand guidelines, and developed UI screens. Usability testing and iterative improvements followed, with a focus on analyzing data for enhanced conversion rates.

The project involved redesigning specific pages, notably the product and checkout pages, to address high dropout rates. Beginning with an initial audit and analysis of Google Analytics and user sessions, we pinpointed the issues. Collaborating closely with the client, we conducted workshops, ideated solutions, and created wireframes.

The Design Process

01
Collecting Data
This phase involved conducting surveys and extensive research of scientific articles and global statistics to inform our decision-making process.
02
User Research
We conducted in-depth interviews with 30 individuals from the American and European technology markets to gather valuable insights.
03
Ideation
During this stage, we carefully selected and scoped down the features and functions that best aligned with user needs while considering project timelines.
04
Sketching
Physical sketches were created to visualize and iterate upon the proposed features, functions, and various page designs.
05
UI Design
We defined the product's personality, established branding guidelines, and created the user interface (UI), ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
06
Delivery
The finalized concept was delivered to the client, along with files tailored for developer-friendly implementation.

Key Metrics

I interviewed over 30 people from the American and European technology markets. They all work remotely full-time, and I asked them about their habits, needs, and problems surrounding working remotely.

89%
of the respondents feel that it's hard to connect to colleagues. Online team buildings do not help this, as they focus on playing online games instead of knowing each other better.
73%
said that working 8 hours a day can be exhausting sometimes. They like joining teambuilding meetings, but they are often dull, and instead of making them more energized by feeling connected, they tend to feel less energized afterward.
67%
said that they are used to having bosses who like micromanaging them and it takes a lot of time and energy to research new games/activities. Therefore, people don't do anything.
